The hotel features amazing proximity to Eataly.

During my stay, the breakfast offerings were stale and poorly maintained, leaving much to be desired. To make matters worse, both the gym area and the hot tub were in disarray, with the hot tub being completely empty. It was incredibly disappointing that the promised facilities were not only under-maintained but also left inaccessible.

Amazing staff and tasty food!

The highlight was the amazing staff who were super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a great burger for dinner and the bar area was cozy for a drink. The room was nice and clean, but I found the location a bit out of the way for exploring the main attractions.

this hotel appears fabulous, but the paper-thin walls woudlve made a coal miner gasp. also, after a long day, how am i expected to eat, if an almost empty mini bar is my only option? i expected complimentary snacks at least, it's not too much to ask, one might think. almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. Breakfast offered high-quality ingredients, and the coffee was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was comfortable, even accommodating an early check-in.

i had a wonderful family stay at the ac for 4 nights. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making our time super comfortable. the breakfast was tasty, with freshly prepared brioche and good eggs that exceeded my expectations.

I had a decent stay for one night. The room was clean, and the staff was great. I struggled with the air conditioning not being on, which made my room quite hot. I opened the windows for some relief, but it let in noise. The breakfast was great with a nice selection of fruits and cold cuts. As a Kenyan wildlife conservationist, I appreciated the quality of local ingredients.
